Horror novelist Stephen King was ridiculed on Twitter for seemingly mistaking the MS-13 gang with the AR-15 used in Wednesday’s school shooting in Florida.
King’s clueless tweet was in response to Daily Beast columnist Rick Wilson who was attempting a jab at President Trump hours before the shooting began. King missed the timeline of events and assumed Wilson was referring to the Florida incident:
King hasn’t responded to the backlash over his tweet even though it has been plentiful:
This might be easier to ignore if King spent less time spouting ridiculous things on Twitter, like earlier this month when he said the Amtrak train carrying Republicans that crashed into a garbage truck killing the driver was “karma” for their terrible policies.
