The UK Daily Mail reports that the Muslim "migrant" who raped a ten-year-old boy in an Austrian swimming pool because he 'had not had sex for four months' will soon be released after having his sentence reduced.
The Senate of the Supreme Court of Austria has reduced the sentence of a 20-year-old known only as "Amir A" from seven to four years. The Senate president Thomas Philipp said, "Four years are appropriate here." Appropriate, why? We should cut him some slack because he is a Muslim migrant?
Amir A's lawyers had sought a retrial after successfully arguing that the original trial had not done enough to discover if the rapist was certain his victim was saying no -- even though as a ten-year-old, the boy known only as Goran legally could not have given consent anyway.
The Iraqi "asylum seeker" had been taken to the Theresienbad pool in Vienna last December as part of his integration program. Apparently that program wasn't very effective, as Amir A. dragged the boy into a changing room, locked the door, and proceeded to sexually assault him. The boy's injuries were so sever he needed urgent medical treatment. Rather difficult to imagine that he consented to that.
Goran told a lifeguard what had happened, and the police were called. When officers arrived, they found Amir A calmly using the diving board. He confessed to the rape, saying he knew it was wrong but it was a 'sexual emergency' because he had not had sex for four months. Oh, well then...
His lawyers later changed his story, according to the Daily Mail, claiming that the rapist was unclear that his young victim had denied consent.
Amir A was found guilty of serious sexual assault and rape of a minor, Goran was awarded 5,000 Euros for pain and suffering, and Europe is doomed.
