Well, it must be Katy Perry’s birthday because Ellen DeGeneres is tweeting about it. But there’s something about the talk show host’s birthday wish that would be considered highly inappropriate, especially in a time such as this, if a man said what she did.
Hollywood thrives on double standards and seeing Ellen stare right between Perry’s ample chest and call them “big balloons” is somehow okay even when accusations of sexual harassment, abuse, and rape are flying around Tinseltown:
Apparently, when men do this, it’s creepy; when lesbians do it, it’s cute.
And where is all the #MeToo outrage. Why suddenly silent on this one?
Remember when CNN's Brooke Baldwin flipped out on a guest when he said "boobs" during an interview? Baldwin shamed him to no end: “Why would you even say that live on national television with a female host? Why would you even go there?”
But Ellen can "go there." Luckily, more level heads on Twitter jumped in to remind Ellen she's a hypocrite:
At the end of the day, no one should be outraged over this banter between friends. But the Left brought this on themselves.
