CNN’s Alisyn Camerota sat with six Trump voters on Tuesday to ask them if their support has wavered at all since his comments about Charlottesville. To her utter amazement, not a single one has had his or her mind changed in the least.

“How many of you were troubled by the president’s response to the violence in Charlottesville?” Camerota baited her guests.

The panel was completely silent and none of them raised their hands. The uncomfortable silence made at least one Trump voter burst out laughing.

So, Camerota pressed in disbelief, “None of you minded how President Trump responded?”

Again, the group remained mostly silent, with one saying, “No,” and the others shaking their heads confidently. We couldn’t make out what the woman at the bottom right corner of the screen said, but she mouthed something under her breath while Camerota’s brain fried processing their answers.
