Everyone must be waiting with bated breath to read Hillary Clinton's new book and learn what could possibly have cost her the presidential election. After all, why else would both Amazon and Walmart have slashed the price of What Happened by 40 percent before it was even released? The Examiner noticed that Amazon and Walmart have greatly reduced the set price of the book in an attempt to boost sales:
Set to be released Tuesday, both have priced What Happened at $17.99.
Publisher Simon & Schuster set a price of $30.
Much of what's in her book has already been reported on, thanks to leaked copies of the Democratic presidential candidate's latest work.
The price cut, however, has likely helped to boost sales.
And we all know that when it comes to turnout -- be it for votes or booksales -- Hillary needs all the help she can get.
