Vanity Fair is hardly known for its conservative values, but they have stirred up liberal rage by suggesting that Hillary Clinton might want to do something better with her time in 2018 than wander the woods of Chappaqua like an electorally-deficient Bigfoot. They created a video in which 6 people suggested new hobbies for her to take up in the coming year. It's vapid and silly, and the kind of pre-packaged content people push out at the end of the year rather than actually working.
Here's the video:

The suggestions are fairly pedestrian, and one woman suggested knitting. Lots of people knit. It's a completely normal suggestion. Unfortunately, "normal" isn't how people react to things anymore, so the leftists of the internet reacted with complete rage.
Take Peter Daou, who was a Clinton advisor in 2008.
So @VanityFair decided that the best way to end 2017 was to take a repulsive cheap shot at @HillaryClinton, one of the most accomplished women in the history of the United States.

Now #CancelVanityFair is moving.
Actress Patricia Arquette apparently thought the suggestions were orders.
Hey STOP TELLING WOMEN WHAT THE F-CK THEY SHOULD DO OR CAN DO. Get over your mommy issues.

They weren't the only ones.
Seriously?? You create this trash about the only woman to be nominated by a major political party and go on to win the National Vote without colluding with a hostile foreign power. Hillary is far more popular and loved than many are aware. You will lose many supporters from this. pic.twitter.com/uH1u7PUlDM

Congratulations. You’re officially part of the mysoginist problem.

Dang. Those are some overreactions.
