Poor Linwood Kaine. Life is rough when your dad is the running mate of the worst candidate in history. At a Trump rally in March, he was arrested for harassing attendees and charged with three misdemeanors, after trying unsuccessfully to run from the police. He was charged in May with fleeing on foot, concealing identity in a public place, and obstructing the legal process, and pleaded guilty to obstructing the legal process and and interfering with a peace officer. Kaine was originally sentenced to 90 days in jail, but the judge stayed it for 86 days, leaving only the four days which he had already served.
Sarah Peck, a spokeswoman for Senator Kaine, said:
Some were charged for disruptive activity at the rally but Woody behaved peacefully there and faced no such charges.
He has now been ordered to pay a whopping $236 in fines and will be on probation until December 11, 2018.
