Territorial Pissings: Millenials' Social Media Bathroom Use Up 25%

Nielsen study shows increase in social media use...no matter the setting

American youth are increasingly glued to their phones, and the social media platforms  they contain, according to a new Nielsen study. An AP article on the studies findings, after detailing the amount of digital devices owned and most popular subjects by tweets contained an unusual statistic:

An offbeat survey finding: 40 percent of adults between the ages of 18 and 24 use social media in the bathroom.

Slate, in December of 2012, published an article on another Nielsen poll that found 32% of the same demographic were tweeting or tagging from the toilet.
