Sen. Feinstein: DACA Not Exactly Legal

Finally, someone admits it!

You may want to sit down before reading this one. That’s because a Democrat just told the truth.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein was asked by Chuck Todd if President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was actually legal. She tried to dodge but was forced into admission.

“Was DACA legal?” Todd asked.

"DACA was executive order,” Feinstein responded. “Legal is what is the law of passage of something. You know, there are ten attorneys general that are prepared to sue. I don't want to get into that. The point is, DACA is here, and we've got 800,000 young people who depend on this.”

"Your answer indicates, though, that it's on shaky legal ground,” Todd interjected.

"It is. That's why we need to pass a law, and we should do it,” Feinstein said.

There it is, folks. Straight from the horse’s mouth.
