German media are reporting that a 29-year-old man was attacked outside of a pizzeria in Dresden by a group of "North Africans" who stabbed him twice in the back.

But in a strange twist of irony, the victim, known only as Julius G., is a pro-migrant, open borders activist, according to Breitbart London, and was attacked by the very group to which he fights to give rights.

“[I]t makes me very sad that I was attacked by precisely this group," Julius said to German media.

"I don't know why I was attacked," he added. "I waited opposite the pizzeria for two friends who were buying something to eat after we had left the pub and were on our way home."

Breitbart explains that the attack happened in Dresden's Neustadt, which is known as the city's "alternative" or "left wing" quarter and it left Julius in serious condition.

But Julius' activism doesn't begin or end here. He told another German paper that he has also held protests against the conservative group Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of Europe. He hopes that the news of his stabbing attack by the "Arabs" will not be used as political fodder.

This wing of Breitbart News noticed a similarity in his desire to, in a way, keep this quiet so as not to damage the activism, with a previous report of a female open borders activist who was gang-raped by a group of Sudanese men in a shower near the border of France and Italy. Breitbart states that she kept the horrific crime secret for months as to not "slow the progress of their ideal of a world without borders."
