President Abbas' Fatah And Palestinian Authority Continue To Call For Violence In Jerusalem

"Good morning to your pride, and to your hands preparing to throw stones and ignite the gasoline in the Molotov cocktails, greetings from the Good Morning Jerusalem program.

Despite requests from U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, the Palestinian Authority and Fatah, both controlled by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, continue to promote violence and terror in Jerusalem.

On Friday's episode of the morning show on the official Palestinian Authority TV network, the hosts sent greetings to the Jerusalem rioters:

Good morning to you, good morning to your pride, and to your hands preparing to throw stones and ignite the gasoline in the Molotov cocktails, greetings from the Good Morning Jerusalem program.

The Facebook page of Abbas' Fatah party uploaded a video on Saturday calling for renewed violence:

I'm coming towards you, my enemy, We're going down from every house with cleavers and knives,

With grenades we announced a popular war. I swear, you won't escape, my enemy, from the revolution and the people.

How will you escape the ring of fire, while the crowds are blocking the way?”

Just a week earlier when reacting to the murder of four rabbis in a Jerusalem Synagogue, Secretary of State Kerry said:

To have this kind of act, which is a pure result of incitement, of calls for ‘days of rage,’ of just irresponsibility, is unacceptable. The Palestinian leadership must condemn this and they must begin to take serious steps to restrain any kind of incitement.

It seems that President Abbas' answer to Secretary Kerry is a firm no.
