Politico Writer Fired After Posting ‘Trump is F***ing His Daughter

Don’t worry, though, The Atlantic has hired her.

Politico writer Julia loffe [sic] quickly became a former Politico writer after she tweeted an incest-implying message about Donald Trump on Twitter.

After reading a story at The Hill that Ivanka Trump will be using an office normally reserved for the First Lady, loffe opined on Wednesday via her Twitter account:

As noted by The Daily Caller, loffe then tweeted, “We have a president-elect who popularized ‘saying what everyone is thinking,’ but I guess my phrasing should’ve been more delicate.”

Yeah, probably so. Then she tried to backpedal again with this (also) now-deleted tweet:

Politico responded to the tweetfest reported by The DC saying, “This tweet is completely unacceptable and is an obvious violation of POLITICO standards. Julia Ioffe is no longer with the publication.”

We would say “Good riddance,” but The Atlantic has hired her starting in January so she can pick up right where she left off.
