As the White House attempted to respond to ISIS terrorist forces marching toward Bagdhad, President Obama took time out of his day to send a viral message on Vine for the USA Olympic team.

"Go Team USA! Show the world what we're made of," the president enthusiastically exclaimed. (video above)

Obama wasn't the only one in the administration focused on the soccer match between USA and Ghana. Valerie Jarrett took to Twitter to proclaim her love for metric football:

The tweet includes a photo showing dozens of White House staffers cheering while watching the match in a large room, presumably in the White House or the Old Executive building.

The Jarrett tweet received many responses, as one can well imagine.
