Substituting for Bill O'Reilly on the O'Reilly Factor, Laura Ingraham accused Obama of preemptively intervening in Ferguson's racial strife.

"Once again, he does this before all the facts have been gathered, before authorities on the ground have completed their own investigation," Ingraham said. "Remember his beer summit after his silly comments on the Henry Louis Gates break-in?  Or his 'If-I-had-a-son-he'd-look-like-Trayvon' remarks?"

Obama's interventions, she said, had "stoked racial discord in America."

"This is irresponsible and dangerous speculation -- especially coming from the president of the United States," Laura Ingraham charged. "What is the president suggesting the police do to enforce a curfew when they are in danger or when stores are looted and ransacked?"

Ingraham accused Obama of promoting racial divisiveness for political ends.

"There is the distinct possibility that politics is really the impetus driving the president's involvement here," she said. "His numbers are down across the board and his party is looking very vulnerable in November.  So he switches the focus to racial injustice in Missouri and away from his policy failures to try to gin up the base."

"This is textbook Obama," she added.
