As the dust rose over the President's supposed reference to Haiti and a few countries as "sh*tholes," defeated presidential candidate Hillary Clinton -- along with her scandal-ridden accomplice, Bill -- used the opportunity to excoriate Trump as well as pat themselves on the backs over their support for the Caribbean republic.
However, given the Clintons' controversial pay-to-play foundation -- and allegations of using funds from that supposed charity to pay for daughter Chelsea's wedding -- Twitter didn't much appreciate the couple's moral posturing.
The former president known as Slick Willie defended himself on the social networking site:
"No Clinton Foundation funds—dedicated to Haiti or otherwise—were used to pay for Chelsea’s wedding. It’s not only untrue, it’s a personal insult to me, to Hillary, and to Chelsea and Marc."
Will the Twitterverse believe Bill? Can his word be trusted?
Enter actor James Woods, who has become a social media hero in conservative circles:
"You were impeached for perjury. Zip it."
Perhaps the Clintons should just stay out of the politics of the day. At least as long as James "Terminator" Woods is around.
