A former ABC employee who left his job at Good Morning America a month ago for NBC Sports was included in a tweet by his old employer on Monday. Media Bistro reports the errant tweet was deleted, but the original included the Twitter handle of former GMA alum Josh Elliott. An ABC network spokesperson told Media Bistro that their social media team accidently pulled an old tweet to re-use on Monday morning. 

GMA has been rife with changes in the past months, the most recent update to the show being the promotion of Lara Spencer to co-host. Rumors have it Robin Roberts requested the Good Friday news dump about Lara's promotion since she can have "diva" tendencies and wanted the world to be reminded that she cannot be replaced. The competition does not just exist between Roberts and her co-workers, allegedly Amy Robach and Spencer have had tiff in the past as well that the company is trying to gloss over.

Josh Elliott, who was mis-tweeted about Monday, said when he left in March that he could not wait to leave the show and was so eager to get out of the GMA scuffle he took a pay cut.
