The Huffington Post's Dana Liebelson has blown her top after hearing the GOP presidential candidates saying very complimentary things about their wives during the debates. But by the time the sound has traveled through a feminist filter on the way to the center of this social justice warrior's brain, these husband's loving words have been mangled to mean things not even remotely close to the original.

And so Liebelson actually combed the last two Republican debates to mine for misogyny and thinks she found it as plain as the nose on her liberal face. Misogyny like Mike Huckabee saying, "My wife is down here in the front, and I'm sure, if you'd like to talk to her later, she can give you more than you'll ever be able to take care of."

Or Marco Rubio who dared to say, "My wife Jeanette and I are the proud -- we've been married 17 years, and we're the proud parents of four children, two of whom were able to join us here this evening." 

What horrible things did Jeb Bush say about his wife? This: "She's fantastic. She loves this country as much as anybody in this room."

What Liebelson heard was wives portrayed "as nags, mothers, and people who don't understand banking."

Mothers?! Oh, the horror!!

So, she took it upon herself to add their professional accomplishments under each candidate's comments to ensure the important husband-free part of their lives was mentioned.

Then, HuffPo edited clips together of the candidate's statements to prove they all "talk about their wives like it's a 1950's sitcom." So I guess the men in 1950's sitcoms all loved and adored their wives. What a shame.
