Denver High School Students Stage Walk-Out to Protest End of DACA

Let’s hope they were all marked absent for the day.

High school students around Denver walked out of their morning classes to protest President Trump’s decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program that protected illegal immigrants from deportation.

Because students were coming from several different schools to gather in nearby parks and common areas, police were on hand to direct traffic and help escort the students, Fox 31 reported.

It looks like they’ll find any reason to get out of school. And no one is stopping them or handing out consequences. Come on, Denver!
