Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson delivered his report Tuesday on President Trump's health, and many in the left-wing media seemed downright distraught to find a clean bill of health. They tried to find something, anything, wrong with Trump, one reporter even asking if Trump had a drug addiction that wasn't in the report (he doesn't).
The media then determined that the doctors simply had to be lying. Many, like this NBC reporter, said that they were lying about his weight and CNN's doctor says Trump has heart disease. Frank Bruni of the New York Times went on CNN shortly after the press conference and said that Jackson seemed like a "Trump fanboy."
The biggest problem with that statement? Jackson has been overseeing presidential physicals since 2013. That's right -- as Townhall pointed out, he was also President Obama's doctor (and Obama was a smoker, which is an actual unhealthy addiction).
Obama allies came out in support of Jackson:
Here's how the next few hours will go. Trump supporters will say "Concerns about Trump's mental health were always absurd. Case closed now." The obvious response: "The Q's about fitness for office are serious. Someone could be sharp as a tack, but still unfit"

I knew Dr. Ronny Jackson in the White House. In my experience, he was very good guy and straight shooter.

When even the Obama loyalists think you've gone too far, you've gone too far.
