Remember the young boy who said he “started” a fire at a Trump protest because he “felt like it” and because “screw our president?” Well, it turns out that is Drew Carey’s son Conner.

TMZ talked with “a source close to Drew” who said the 11-year-old boy was “in hot water” with his mom and dad and lectured on the language he used. The source said the boy claims to have been “caught up in the emotions of the crowd.” He told his family he “regretted his choice of words.”

Carey, a third-party voter and staunch supporter of the U.S. military, was in Washington to host the Veterans Inaugural Ball. Oddly enough, a TMZ cameraman was roaming through the protest crowds and spotted the former Whose Line Is It Anyway? host and current The Price is Right host who said his kid wanted to come and see the protests after they had dinner.
