What are Americans asking about their potential presidential candidates? Often it is questions about their age, though sometimes also there are queries for information on the would-be presidential spouses.
The Boston Globe partnered with tech firm iQuanti to analyze the searches on the main presidential candidates in September. The most-Googled candidate with 5,000,000 searches was Donald Trump, followed by Bernie Sanders with 3,350,000 and Carly Fiorina in third place with 2,240,000 searches. Hillary Clinton was surprisingly in fourth place with 1.2 million searches with her email scandal and age being the top sub-topics searched.
