The White House is pushing its “Working Families Summit” hard today, blitzing the twittersphere with the help of Vice President Joe Biden as it calls for the “basic needs” of all workers: “Family leave. Childcare. Flexibility.”
As TruthRevolt reported this weekend, the president’s weekly address (video above) focused on the summit, calling on corporate America to make family leave “available to everyone,” help with childcare, and provide employees more “flexibility” to take “a few hours off” to be with their kids—all of which Obama said is “good for business.”
