On Monday, after Wisconsin Republican Party chairman Brad Courtney had confirmed his state’s 10 Electoral College votes went to President-elect Donald Trump, a protester erupted at the announcement of the inevitable.
MSNBC gladly aired the footage, although incorrectly citing it as happening in Ohio.
“The votes are ten votes, Donald J. Trump,” Courtney said.
“You sold out our country,” the protester yelled.
As the noise level rose and chants of “shame” began, the lone female protester was out of her seat and screaming, “Everyone of you, you’re pathetic! You don’t deserve to be in America!”
When an official approached her to have her sit back down or be escorted out, the woman yelled, “You can remove me if you want to, this is MY America!!”
It's weird to see the snowflakes melt in Wisconsin, what with it being minus 23-degree wind chill and all.
CNN reported the lady in purple was the only protester "brave" enough to show up.
