On Fox and Friends this weekend, Tucker Carlson disputed the use of the term "assault weapon" during an interview with an owner of a gun shop.

"We should be clear for our viewers that ‘assault weapon’ is a made-up term and there really is no such thing as assault weapon,” he said.

The owner of Albion Gun Shop in New York was forced to surrender his store's records after allegedly selling an illegally modified AR-15. Joseph Palumbo said the feds threatened his store with a SWAT raid and confiscating the store's products. The police did not have a search court order.
