Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus said she doesn’t like the idea that President Trump will parade the families of people killed by illegal aliens at his speech before a joint session of Congress Tuesday evening.

In response to Trump’s guests, Democrats have also planned some of their own: Dreamers who have been impacted by Trump’s travel ban and immigration enforcements.

Marcus told Jake Tapper on CNN, “I know it will never happen, but I really wish we could dispense with these human props.” 

Obama used “human props” quite often during his speeches to help drive his agenda, but suddenly, it’s a problem.
