Sharpton Spends Segment Celebrating Obama's Egg Roll

Al Sharpton skipped the news of the day to spend an entire segment showing clips of President Obama's activities during the annual White House Egg Roll. Sharpton appeared giddy to report almost every moment Obama spent with the visitors of the famous event. Sharpton gushed about the First Family's dogs making an appearance, loved that Barack did a "wild rumpus" with children and celebrated what a great host the First Lady was. He stated that the White House Egg Roll is the only place where Americans, from Hollywood celebrities to professional athletes, will mingle with politicians and normal people.

He showed a clip of the president reading to school children and then another clip of the Commander in Chief attempting to get a basketball to go into the basket.

Up next President Obama hit the basketball court! Where NBA and WNBA players were shooting with some visitors. After some spirited chanting from the crowd the president took a shot, and missed. Then he decided to have another go and missed again. But! The third time was the charm...

During the Easter Egg Roll President Obama kicked things off by telling the kids, "Everyone's a winner!"
