Purported comedienne Sarah Silverman has called for a military coup against President Donald Trump, reports Fox News.

She posted the incitement Wednesday night in all-caps -- the internet equivalent of shouting -- to her nearly 10 million followers. "Wake up & join the resistance," she declared. "Once the military is w us fascists get overthrown. Mad king & his handlers go bye bye."

The thought that the left, who despise the American military, could get our soldiers on their side to overthrow Donald Trump is laughable, but the left doesn't deal in rational thought. In any case, imagine if a conservative celebrity had made such a public, blatant statement during the Obama era.

Silverman's tweet came amid the violent riots at UC Berkeley that shut down gay conservative Milo Yiannopoulos speaking engagement there. So not only did Silverman not express any condemnation or revulsion about the destruction caused by leftist "protesters," she was inspired enough by it to urge an overthrow of the government.

Director Judd Apatow, best-known for the films Knocked Up and Trainwreck, said in a now-deleted tweet about the riots, "This is just the beginning. When will all the fools who are still supporting Trump realize what is at stake?"

To Hollywood fascists, Trump supporters are the violent "fools" but violence and irrationality from the left are acceptable because a lot is "at stake."

TV director Lexi Alexander, of Arab-German descent, also tweeted in defense of the rioting, telling her followers to "punch Nazis," "riot when your college invites a Nazi," and "set it all on fire."

Gee, who would have thought that an Arab-German woman would smear others as Nazis and urge a new Kristallnacht?
