After more than a decade running the abortion mill, Cecile Richards is poised to step down as head of Planned Parenthood, Buzzfeed reports. In a statement, a Planned Parenthood official said,
“Cecile plans to discuss 2018 and the next steps for Planned Parenthood’s future at the upcoming board meeting."
In light of this likely departure, let's look back at a few times she really embarrassed herself on social media.
There was the time she seemed to admit that Democrats paid Planned Parenthood to campaign in Virginia:
Together, Planned Parenthood supporters knocked over 350k doors, talked to over half a million voters, held over 850 events, and coordinated more than 1,330 volunteer shifts. 2/

Thinking an illegal alien is more vulnerable than an unborn baby:
Using a government position to hold our freedoms hostage - torturing the most vulnerable among us - is unacceptable. https://t.co/zWVv9bpPRB

When, while trying to trash due process, she forgot she was friends with Bill Clinton:
Survivors of sexual assault deserve to be believed and supported, not brushed off and blamed #StopBetsy

About families:
Everyone deserves to raise a family with access to clean air & water. Climate change is something we should all care about. #ParisAgreement

Mother's Day is a super-awkward holiday for her to celebrate, right?
Nothing says "I love you, Mom!" like standing up for the right of mothers everywhere to get the care they need. https://t.co/uFRM9UeosH

The time she accidentally encouraged everyone to vote Republican:
It's #NationalVoterRegistrationDay - so get registered, and vote like your life depends on it! https://t.co/Cj7i152lHj

When she pretended to care about life:
Thinking of the lives lost in #Charleston & #Orlando. "We fight for a nation that has yet to exist in this land." https://t.co/wmaL9WImvD

The time she forgot what words mean:
Reflecting on this week, it has been appalling to watch leaders of this country turn their backs on people in need of compassion and safety.

And, finally, when she forgot what happens when taxpayer funding gets mixed up in your "healthcare":
Gov. Hutchinson has no business telling women in AR where they can & cannot go for care. https://t.co/9IqwZ2ER9o

Here's hoping her successor has the same damaging lack of self-awareness.
