RedState Editor Goes Full Rage Against MSM

"You guys in the press who are reading this right now can be such shameless whores."

Erick Erickson of RedState got up on the wrong side of the bed at 4:30 AM Wednesday morning and unleashed a blistering attack on the press' coddling of President Obama.

Noting their ill-treatment of George W. Bush and their sycophantic adoration of Obama, Erickson could hardly control his tongue as he veered off into a crude tirade against the mainstream media:

[Y]ou journalists have such erections for everything Barack Obama does, you can’t even summon outrage to report fairly on the latest b.s. from the administration over Obamacare. Is it any wonder so many people have stopped trusting you?

And with the increasing problems rolling out daily under Obamacare, Erickson said that if George W. Bush was the one in charge,

Dan Rather would be marching on the White House with a pitch fork. Tom Brokaw would be calling for his head on a platter…CNN would be interviewing Cindy Sheehan about the boundaries crossed by George and Dick [Cheney]. And — spare me the rebuttals — you know damn well the story wouldn’t be done in passing, but would be wall to wall coverage with your legal analysts, economists, and sour faced anchors all tut-tutting for several days.

Erickson gave MSNBC their own spotlight saying:

[H]alf of MSNBC still wants to have [Obama's] baby and the women over there just want to be his mistress.

In a final exasperated breath, Erickson summed up his gripe:

No, we don’t need to impeach the President, but God help me I’d at least think the media might want to pretend to hold him accountable. It really is disgraceful.
