Michelle Obama is throwing her husband a top-secret, star-studded 55th birthday party at the White House and you’re not invited.
Regular folks like Beyonce, Jay-Z, Ellen DeGeneres, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Magic Johnson, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Loretta Lynch — they are the ones invited.
A source told PageSix, “All the preparations and the guest list are being kept top-secret. The plan is to throw a party for the president to really let his hair down. There will be performances and a dance party that will go late into the night.”
After all, it is his last birthday as president. He ought to go out with the biggest bash ever before it costs him money. The last time there was an all-night dance party at the White House, Mrs. Obama turned 50 and got a private Beyonce performance. But this time, it's the president's turn. He will be serenaded by Usher and his favorite rapper, Kendrick Lamar.
There is just one rule while attending this birthday party, according to the source, “Social media will be banned.” Let’s hope Joe Biden gets the memo:
As an added bonus, the Obamas will head out of town this weekend to have yet another vacation in Martha’s Vineyard. As the president of the people, he’s so relatable, right?
