Failed CNN host Piers Morgan had only Twitter and BBC radio as outlets for his anti-2nd amendment rantings after the killings in Santa Barbara this weekend.
During his tenure as Larry King's replacement on CNN Morgan was reliably outraged at American's right to bear arms after every mass shooting that happened to catch fire on his third place network. After alienating a large part of his audience with inept confrontations with 2nd amendment supporters, including Truth Revolt's Ben Shapiro, Morgan was dumped from CNN. But his cluelessness about gun rights lives on for an even smaller audience.
Here's a sampling of Morgan's tweets that now amount to a tree falling in the forest:
This mass shooting in Santa Barbara is just disgusting. How many more times can America just shrug and do nothing after these outrages?

— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) May 25, 2014 Morgan also highlighted equally-irrelevant Michael Moore as a "must-read":

— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) May 25, 2014 British television networks had no interest in Morgan's expertise on the gun issue in America, but BBC radio gave him seven minutes to rant against the NRA and America's "gun culture." Listen if you feel some sense of nostalgia:
Listen back to @piersmorgan criticising President Obama for not doing enough about gun control measures in America: http://t.co/Y0R1oHhrxc
— BBC Radio 5 live (@bbc5live) May 26, 2014 Finally, Morgan re-tweeted a keen observation from KABC radio host, and frequent Morgan antagonist, Larry Elder. Perhaps the re-tweet was meant to be laden with irony, but it may have been out of a sense of self-awareness, either way, Elder speaks for all of us:
At least we won't have to endure the incessant, pointless, anti-2nd Amend, anti-fact based wailing of @piersmorgan. #IslaVistaShooting
