While the world was busy condemning the horrific Barcelona attack (even if that meant virtue signaling and calling for blind tolerance), Palestinians were blasting any Arab who condemned the carnage. Oh, and for good measure they didn't let pass an opportunity to call for the annihilation of the Jewish people.
MEMRI provides the video clip of Palestinian cleric Sheikh Ali Abu Ahmed's vitriolic sermon delivered on the Temple Mount, and Arutz Sheva summarizes:
The clip shows Arab preacher Sheikh Ali Abu Ahmad questioning why Muslim states condemned the recent terror attack in Barcelona, rather then fighting the Jews, who he calls "the most despicable of Allah's creatures."
"Why do these Muslim states send their tanks and planes to fight other Muslims, instead of fighting the most despicable of Allah's creatures, the Jews?" he asked.
"Allah, let is annihilate the Jews. Let us kill them " he prayed. The rapt crowd shouted "Amen."
This is not the first instance of Sheikh Ali Abu Ahmad inciting against Jews. In May 2016, Abu Ahmad was captured on video inside the Temple Mount praying "Allah, protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews! Oh Allah, annihilate all the Jews! Oh Allah, enable us to kill them!"
In 2015, Zvi Yehezkeli, Channel 10's Arab affairs reporter, visited 15 mosques during Ramadan. He found that the incitement in the Temple Mount was the highest of any that he visited, topping mosques in Gaza, Israel, and the Palestinian Authority. Muslim preachers openly identified with Hamas, and called for the extermination of Jews.
This is the genocidal anti-Semitism we're up against in fundamentalist Islam.
