We’ve come a long way as a nation since Martin Luther King Jr, but we’re nowhere near his dream that one day skin color would not be the measure of worth in this life. Enter rapper/clothing mogul Sean "Puffy P Diddy" Combs who has a dream of his own: an NFL devoid of white people.
His Twitter proclamation continued with even more details:
Then, Combs screamed:
But here’s some bad news for him on buying up all the teams:
The average NFL team, however, is worth $2.5 billion, according to a Forbes report from last month. The Dallas Cowboys are ranked as the most valuable franchise in the sport, at $4.8 billion, with the Buffalo Bills at the bottom end, at $1.6 billion.
Sure, Combs has done quite well; worth approximately $820 million. But that leaves him a little shy of having enough money for his big dream.
Diddy may have rapped, “I spend absurd money, private bird money / That Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Bloomberg money,” but he’s going to need a lot more of it to have a league full of kneelers to protest the president.
Twitter reactions to this social justice nightmare were priceless:
Combs did get the backing of at least one social justice warrior who faked himself to the top of Black Lives Matter:
It’s also interesting to note that Combs is being sued by five white men who were fired from his production company. They claim only young black people are promoted by the boss. Combs doesn’t agree, but then again, he’s the one that wants to build a sports utopia full of people that only look like him.
