In a Facebook post after the recent terrorist attack at Ohio State University, one of the school’s diversity officers sought “compassion” for the knife-wielding jihadist because he was “a member of our family.”

Stephanie Clemons Thompson is the assistant director of residence life, according to PJ Media, and took to Facebook on Monday to express her (odd) sympathy for the Muslim terrorist:

The post is now deleted or was made private. There also remains some question about the post’s authenticity, but other messages of hers that are still public would indicate she penned it, as she often tags posts with #BlackLivesMatter and #SayHisName.

So, if Thompson is responsible, and it appears she is, she was caught red-handed defending a man who once bragged online, “I am willing to kill a billion infidels.”

Also of interesting note: Thompson received an award from OSU for being an “Outstanding First Year Advocate,” but a link to that achievement on the university’s webpage is no longer available to view.

Perhaps OSU didn’t take kindly to her compassion for terrorists. But then again, they're the ones that hired a diversity officer.
