CNN's Chris Cuomo worked in a regrettable pun Monday while reporting from the crash site of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17.

Cuomo was speaking with Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) concerning intelligence that could refute the theory that Ukraine may have fired the missile that brought down MH17 because they also had access to the Russian weapons. Referencing the theory, Cuomo blurted out:

Can you shoot that down?

"Excuse the pun," said Cuomo.
