Obama LOL: What A Burden to Have to Fill Vacant SCOTUS Seat, Am I Right?

"Hee-haw," laughed the Democrat.

On Monday, President Obama made light of Justice Antonin Scalia's death when speaking before the National Governors Association, remarking that "appointing judges" is tough business for a politician who is nearing the end of his term.

Sparking a smidgen of laughter from a few that were gathered, Obama said:

Like me, some of you might be in the final year of your final term, working as hard as you can to get as much done as possible for the folks that you represent: fixing roads, educating our children, helping people re-train, appointing judges -- the usual stuff.

This moment of guffaw was brought to you by the same man that skipped Justice Scalia's funeral over the weekend and spent a mere two minutes at his wake to say a prayer on Friday.
