NYC Terror Suspect Called Out Trump on Facebook

Claimed Trump failed to keep America safe.

The would-be bomber who failed in his quest to kill as many New Yorkers as possible with his pipe bomb was calling President Donald Trump a failure in a Facebook post moments before his attempted attack.

‘Trump you failed to protect your nation,” Akayed Ullah wrote on his Facebook page while on his way to the Port Authority transit hub.

The New York Post reports that Ullah also wrote a chilling note in his passport, “O AMERICA, DIE IN YOUR RAGE.”

The charges also reveal that the Bangladesh-born cabbie’s online radicalization began in 2014, and he began researching how to build bombs a year ago — although he only started working on his plan to attack the city a few weeks ago, and constructed his crude explosive device at his Brooklyn home a week ago.

“His admissions included a statement that he did this in support of ISIS, that he had been radicalized in view of propaganda from ISIS,” Kim told reporters.

“He also made statements … about issues he had with America’s Middle East policies.”

Law enforcement officials stated at a news conference that Ullah began to be radicalized online in 2014, started learning about building a bomb a year ago and started to plan his attack in the last few weeks.

Officials refused to answer questions about whether Ullah was on any watchlists.
