Yesterday, Norm MacDonald shared some behind the scenes info about the SNL40 anniversary show. Numerous past cast members showed up to participate in the show but one member, Eddie Murphy, didn't end up doing much despite that he was one of the biggest breakout stars of the show.

Murphy had not been back on the show since he left 30 years ago.

In MacDonalds tweets he revealed that Murphy turned down the opportunity to play Bill Cosby on the show's Celebrity Jeopardy parody.
