Chris Matthews cannot go an entire show without talking about Hillary Clinton running for president in 2016. And he loves Bill even more than Hillary. On Friday night, he made the case that Americans should just accept that Bill loves hamburgers...and girls!

In the past, Matthews has attempted to recruit Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) to be Hillary's running mate; on Monday's Hardball, he mentioned that socialist mayor of New York City Bill de Blasio might also be a good fit. On Friday's edition of Hardball, though, Matthews turned to the question of Bill Clinton and how he could damage a potential Hillary run.

Matthews stated:

We know he likes hamburgers, he likes girls! He's behaved very well over the last 15 or 20 years. He hasn't been an embarrassment ever since the impeachment exercise. He's been a good public official a great ex-president.

At the end of his show Matthews dedicated his "Let Me Finish" segment again to the Clintons. Matthews stated Clinton is the kind of guy you'd want in your corner to give you advice or to sit next to you "on the next long ride somewhere." Chris Matthews said that "we all" know Clinton as a regular guy and then went into the reasons why he is so regular and amazing:

Here it goes, he would love to chow down on a hamburgers if he could but he doesn't because he can't. He always liked girls, really likes them but he's also been careful all these years going on 20 years that he caused himself, and us those troubles back then. What else? He likes being famous, likes having been president, likes having people come up to him and tell him they like him. So what's new pussy cat?

Matthews said Americans have decided they like Bill Clinton a "hell of a lot more" than Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) or Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).
