Last week, TMZ obtained legal documents filed by actor Marlon Wayans defending an instagram post he made where he referred to an extra from his movie Haunted House 2 as a "n*gg*r" while calling him a Cleveland lookalike in reference to the Family Guy character.
The 42-year-old Wayans filed the legal documents after actor Pierre Daniel accused him of defamation and filed a lawsuit, saying he did not want his name used alongside the N-word and calling him a Cleveland lookalike leaves him open to ridicule. To be fair, he does look like Cleveland. See below:

Wayans has since defended his use of the N-word by saying he only means it as a term of endearment, saying that men and women frequently used it as a colloquial term of camaraderie while growing up in the NYC projects.
In support of Wayans, white actress Jamie Presley, who starred alongside Wayans in Haunted House 2, filed her own declaration in which she said, "Mr. Wayans has addressed me as n**** in the past and frequently uses it as a term of endearment with his friends and family."
