Illegal Alien Who Threatened to Kill Fellow Bus Passengers Had Been Deported 5 Times

The man also made threats to law enforcement as he was being transported to jail.

In yet another instance of our broken immigration system failing Americans, an illegal alien who allegedly threatened to kill passengers recently on a Greyhound bus and led police on a chase from Wisconsin to Illinois has been revealed to be a multiple-deportee.

Fox News reports that Margarito Vargas-Rosas, 33, was in the U.S. illegally and had been returned to Mexico the previous five times that Border Patrol agents encountered him in the U.S.

Last Friday night someone aboard a Greyhound bus alerted police that another passenger -- Vargas-Rosas of Chicago -- was pacing the aisle toward the back of the bus, threatening to kill people. He reportedly appeared to pull what passengers thought was a weapon from his waistband.

Milwaukee and Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office Deputies attempted to pull the bus over, but Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling said the confused bus driver “thought it was a training exercise by law enforcement.” The driver didn't pull over even after running over a spike strip and even though passengers were urging him to stop. He finally stopped short of hitting a second spike strip near the Illinois community of Wadsworth.

Vargas-Rosas was taken into custody without incident. No passengers were injured, and no gun was immediately found. Schmaling said the man even made threats to law enforcement while being transported to jail. So, not exactly a repentant soul here in America just looking for a better life for himself and his family stuck back in sh*thole Mexico. He's just a criminal (allegedly).

Vargas-Rosas faces a fugitive-from-justice charge and charges of felony terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. He also has a previous DUI arrest. He is being held without bond.
