Actress Rose McGowan wants cocaine charges against her dismissed, suggesting that Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein may have been responsible for planting them. 

The Hollywood Reporter has a new piece out today dramatically titled, "Harvey Weinstein: The Making of a Monster."
