Germany: Fake ‘Minor’ Refugee on Trial for Rape and Murder

"When you're a minor, the situation in Germany is much better for you."

A migrant is on trial for allegedly raping and murdering a 19-year-old girl in Germany who was volunteering at his refugee shelter. The girl, a medical student, was brutally attacked and left to drown in a river last winter. The accused, arrested on the basis of DNA evidence, identified himself as a minor at the time of arrest.

At the opening of the trial at the district court in the southern German city of Freiburg, the accused admitted lying about his age to the authorities. "When you're a minor, the situation in Germany is much better for you," he added.

German newspaper Die Welt covered the trial:

The death of Maria [Ladenburger] had shocked the country. In October, she was raped and left to die on the bank of river Dreisam. The murder trial in the city of Freiburg begun with a surprise. Previously refusing to reveal his identity, Hussein [Khavari] made an unexpected statement. […]

The Public was excluded from [certain] parts of the trial. The presiding judged made the decision to bar the observers from the room when accused talked about his sexual history. […]

The trial began with the prosecutor describing the cruel actions committed by Hussein [Khavari]. According to [the prosecutor’s statement], the accused ambushed the 19-year-old girl around three o'clock at night. Hussein pushed her from the bicycle, bit her thrice, including on the head and the breast, and [subsequently] undressed her. He then strangled and raped her brutally.

The young man appeared tired and indifferent. His defense lawyer said that he had taken tranquilizers before the trial.  He then responded to the queries of the court. A right at the beginning he confessed a lie: He had given the wrong age?

He was already 18 when he arrived in Germany in 2015, and not 16 as he had claimed at that time. He wanted to go to school, he said justifying his lie. "When you're a minor, the situation in Germany is much better for you."

His age is central to the trial. According to the prosecutor the accused is already 22. There are no documents [confirming] the date of birth or [his] place of origin. The trial will take place before the juvenile court due to unclarity over the age. […]

Hussein is what liberals like to call an “unaccompanied child refugee.” A migrant in Europe is free to "self-identify" himself as a minor and there’s nothing anyone can do about it, unless of course one wants to be smeared as a racist.

For native Europeans puzzled by why many of these "child refugees" look in their late 30s or so, a British Home Office spokesman had an easy explanation: fleeing a war zone, he said, "probably toughen[s] them up so they've grown up a bit quicker."

The “child refugee” Hussein was apparently on a crime spree as he made his way into Europe, Die Welt reported further:

He almost killed a 20-year-old woman [in Greece]. He landed in prison [for the crime] and was release as part of an amnesty. Then he went underground and resurfaced in Germany.

Then Hussein proceeded to describe his rockstar lifestyle, financed by unwitting German taxpayers:

He reported considerable drug and alcohol abuse during his stay in Germany. He took hashish, smoked and drank with his friends for months, and consumed heroin twice a week. “That was our life.”

While thousands of German pensioners, unable to survive on their meager state pensions, were out in the cold collecting discarded bottles in hopes of getting some loose change in exchange, Hussein and his friends were on a state-funded psychedelic trip, thanks to the unwitting German taxpayer.

After 12 years of the Angela Merkel government, old-age poverty is on the rise in Germany. “The changes taking place in the German labor market in favor of temporary jobs, contract workers and precarious working conditions in the low-wage sector, among other things, are raising the danger that more and more old people in Germany will find themselves in poverty post-retirement,” concluded a study released earlier this year.

Chancellor Merkel, the patron saint of illegal migrants, is hoping to get re-elected on her central campaign slogan: “For a Germany in which we live well and enjoy living.” Well, except for the victims of migrant murderers.
