Political strategist Jeffrey Lord set off former New York Council Speaker Christine Quinn when he said Democrats are guilty of meeting with foreign nationals every time they sit down with one of Obama’s DREAMers. Oh, she didn’t like that one bit.

Lord was referring to something he read by constitutional lawyer Robert Barnes at LawNewz which stated, “If Trump Jr. is guilty, so is every Democrat who takes information from DREAMers.”

“You mean like DREAMers, the students?” Quinn asked incredulously.

“Correct, correct, because they are in the words of the FBI Director that we just saw, non-state actors,” Lord responded.

Quinn came out of her seat, decrying such a notion as “absurd,” “offensive,” and “asinine.”

“They are non-state actors. They are not American citizens,” Lord continued.

But Quinn charged, “This is yet a new and offensive spin from Trump attacking immigrants."

Thoughtfully, Lord pointed out that Barnes has no apparent connection to Trump for her accusation to be true.

Barnes’ point, Lord said, “Is a very serious one, that every Democrat out there has had these kinds of meetings.”

“They’re exchanging information,” he added, “they’re foreign nationals.”

Quinn wholeheartedly disagreed:

“That’s ridiculous! That is absurd! A DREAMer comes in and asks for their college tuition to be supported – they’re not foreign nationals, it’s the most pathetic, it is the most pathetic, one of the most pathetic Trump twists I’ve ever heard!”
