After her strong debate performance (and arguably stronger post-debate performance) last Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina says she's seen a surge in financial support.

Speaking to Fox News' Chris Wallace Sunday, Fiorina said the her campaign has seen a definite "uptick" in donations and promised to push hard to get her message out on "every medium" possible.

"We certainly have seen an uptick in financial support. We've seen an uptick in support generally and so, it's very exciting," Fiorina told Wallace. "We're going to talk to as many people as we can through every medium there is. I will continue to do what I've done from day one. I will answer any question. I will talk to anyone. I'm not afraid to talk about anything. The more people get to know me, the more people support me. So, that's what we’re going to keep doing."

Citing an NBC online poll, National Review notes that both Fiorina and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) appear to have been the biggest winners of Thursday's debates, while Trump came out in the negative:

NBC conducted an online survey that suggests Fiorina and Senator Ted Cruz (R., Texas) were the two candidates who gained the most support from their debate performances, although Trump still led the field. "Twenty-two percent said Fiorina won or had the best performance in the debate, followed by 18 percent who said Trump had the best performance," per MSNBC. "However, another 29 percent said Trump did the worst in the debate, clearly showing how polarizing he is. When the candidates’ negative performance percentages are subtracted from their positive percentages, Fiorina notched a positive 20, whereas Trump scored a negative 11."

Fiorina also commented to Wallace on her public spat with Trump. Over the weekend, Trump ended up once again landing himself in the middle of an intra-party feud after some controversial comments about Fox News' Megyn Kelly. After Fiorina defended Kelly, Trump fired back on Twitter:

"I just realized that if you listen to Carly Fiorina for more than ten minutes straight, you develop a massive headache. She has zero chance!" he tweeted.

While Fiorina faulted Trump for "insulting everyone," she said that he "taps into" a legitimate anger with the "ineptitiude" and "corruption of the federal government and professional political class."

"I agree with that anger," said Fiorina. "It's why I'm running for president, because honestly, no matter your issue, no matter your cause or festering problem you hoped would be resolved by now, the political class has failed you."

Fiorina also dedicated some time in the interview to hammering the crony capitalist economic policies of Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton, whom she has attacked relentlessly when given the opportunity (see her blistering critique of Clinton's "lies" after the debate Thursday for an example).
