Meet “Joe,” the homeless millennial from Boston who survives by picking up girls three or a four times a week and crashing at their place.

After being kicked out of his mom’s house when she found drugs in his room, Joe now hangs out on New York street corners begging for cash and prowling for women. “I see opportunities and I capitalize on them,” he told an Elite Daily reporter.

Considering himself more of a "gypsy" than a "bum," Joe said that he feels no guilt for taking people's money—though there are wounded veterans and others who could use the money more—because there’s enough money to go around.

“Life’s all about karma. I figure if I do the right thing, the universe will reciprocate,” he said.

He also explained how he swipes what he needs from stores and spends the $150 or so a day he makes on alcohol and drugs. “If I could just not do drugs and not drink for a week I could go get a f***ing house,” said Joe, but he can’t handle the "misery" of being homeless without being drunk or high.

When asked if he had a message to the youth, “Never become like me. Ever.”
