Florida police say a father walked into his home to find his 11-year-old son being molested by his 18-year-old babysitter early Friday and proceeded to beat the man unconscious.

The father called 9-1-1 and said:

He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you. I drug him out to the living room.

The dispatcher asked the father if he had used any weapons and he replied, "My foot and my fist." Police say he was a "dad acting like a dad' and so the father is not being charged. 

Not so for Raymond Frolander. CBSNews reports that he is being charged with sexual battery on a child under 12 and is being held without bail.

Frolander had been abusing the young boy for three years and admitted that he was guilty to the police.
