Condoleezza Rice has received another endorsement to take over as the NFL commissioner and this one is from NY Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

A TMZ reporter caught Gillibrand and asked her what she thought of Condi Rice taking the helm over the embattled league.

“I think she is the kind of person they should look at," said Gillibrand. "She certainly loves the sport. She has told people it’s her dream job and she is certainly someone who knows how to do hard work and take on tough problems.”

The reporter then asked if the Senators will take a look at the NFL on Capitol Hill.

“We’ll see. I wouldn’t be surprised,” Gillibrand answered.
