And the cultural Marxist indoctrination continues at America's institutions of higher learning, where students are incited to destroy capitalism and the so-called white power structure.
The College Fix reports that Professor Albert Ponce of Diablo Valley College, a Northern California community college, gave a guest lecture back on October 26 for the school’s “Social Justice Lecture Series” (you can already see where this is going) titled, “White Supremacy in the U.S.”
Snippets of the lecture were posted in late December on the conservative website The Red Elephants' YouTube channel, a video which has since gone viral. The Red Elephants’ Vincent James called the professor’s remarks “deeply radical rhetoric.”
Ponce began the lecture by saying: “So we begin with the fact that we exist in a white supremacist, patriarchal, heteronormative, capitalist system.”
The political science professor stood before a photo of President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions with a portrait of President Andrew Jackson behind the politicians and told the students, “It is fitting that a white supremacist of old and a white supremacist of today exist and sit — they’re smiling — in the White House.”
“So what can we do, what is to be done?” he asked.
Ponce, who declared later in the talk that Karl Marx was “one of the most profound thinkers in the history of Western philosophy," went on to say how slaves were controlled by laws in America’s history, and thus we should be breaking laws today to keep from being controlled by The Man.
“And that’s the beauty of the law,” Ponce said. “If you can write it, you can convince all others to follow it, just like all of us do today — when we shouldn’t. Many of the laws existing, we should be violating those laws.”
Which ones? Ponce didn't say. The implication is that the "whole damn system is guilty as hell," as the chant goes.
Ponce urged his listeners not to waste time writing lawmakers because “they are part of the system.” The solution, he claims, lies in “practicing abolition.” The College Fix notes that the image behind him then depicted the words, “the abolition of white democracy” in big red letters next to Trump.
“Abolition means we must destroy it, not reform it,” Ponce said. “No voting’s going to help. No writing your congressperson. We need to smash white supremacy at every institutional level in this country, beginning at the local space, at the state, at the federal system, and build something new. And that’s frightening. Because we don’t know what is to come.
“There will be repression. Yes, that always happens. But those who are willing, not only to take a knee, that’s just the beginning, that’s just a symbolic, peaceful gesture. It’s going to take a lot more work.”
Ponce also said that the U.S. Constitution is a “white man’s constitution” and that Thomas Jefferson raped “many” of his slaves. “The state has socialized us into the state of glorifying” figures like Jefferson, says the man who glorifies Karl Marx. Ponce didn't happen to mention whether he also owns a t-shirt glorifying Che Guevara.
The Red Elephants reported that a Diablo Valley College student was the one who alerted the website to Ponce’s lecture. The student also reported that Ponce “grades students down and fails them if they don’t agree with him” and “is known to encourage violence and tells his students that it is necessary for change.”
Students were offered extra credit to attend the presentation.
