Responding to Alec Baldwin’s comments to a photographer in which he labeled him a “c***sucking f*g,” Dan Savage, sex columnist, co-founder of the It Gets Better Project, and noted bullier of religious Christians, said simply, “I think he has issues”:

When asked whether he thought Baldwin should have a show on MSNBC, and whether the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation should do more than delay a response, Savage went quiet. He then tweeted his support for Baldwin:
Alec Baldwin is a homophobic bigot. But unlike other homophobic bigots, Baldwin doesn't believe his bigotry should be given force of law.
